Where were you when you heard Psalm One was dropping heat again?

Hello, everyone!

As we creep a little bit closer to November, at least in the U.S.A., nerves are getting pressed. Things are quite bleak in many ways. As a result, I’ve been clinging more to the big, medium and little joys of life, not least of which is my art.

To be honest, ART is what keeps this train moving. And the folks who truly resonate with and support my art are the locomotive of said train.

So, here’s the new new. Gettin’ ready to talk my shit again. A lot.

Ecstatic to announce my upcoming album, "Is This a Safe Space?", produced in collaboration with Brooklyn-based producer Optiks (whose credits include Homeboy Sandman, Tech N9ne, Styles P, and Freeway), is on the way. The album is set to release on November 8, 2024, through Filthē Analects Record Company. 

The album reflects the passage of a decade-plus-long friendship between Optiks and myself, navigating life changes, societal struggles, lovesickness and shifts in the music industry. Together, we’ve built the creative sanctuary to produce and release something truly special.
